Paige Bearden MSW |

My name is Paige Bearden. I recently completed graduate school at UMKC for my masters in Social Worker. I hold the position at Twin Lakes Hospice of "Director of Client Services." My other duties are social work and bereavement care for our families. On a personnel note, I have been married to a wonderful man for 17 years and have eight children (who are all out of the house, thank goodness.)

Linda (Lyn) Cowan | "I heard good things about TLH from a couple of my former co-workers who were working at TLH. So when the Secretary/Receptionist position became available, I was fortunate enough to be chosen to fill it. I also am able to use a lot of my purchasing skills which I attained from a former employer. This gave a great opportunity to work in a place where I get to meet and work with some of the most wonderful people, which I truly enjoy." |
Lyn is our Secretary/Receptionist at our Clinton office. She handles the purchasing of our office supplies; general and medical, along with her many other office duties. She also records all of our memorial donations we receive. She has been on our Hospice team since June 2004.

Charles Crouch M. Div. |
"I felt the Lord was leading me to hospice, so when the opportunity came and the door opened, I answered the call. I love ministering to those in need and serving others." |
Charles is our Hospice Chaplain. He provides spiritual support to our patients and families. He has been on our Hospice team since January 1999. Charles was a prison minister for 17 years.

Gordon Denison CHPNA, CNA |
"I came to TLH for a change and the chance to broaden my healthcare background. I'm excited to work for such a caring and devoted organization." |
Gordon is one of our Hospice Aides. He assists in the home with personal cares of the patients. He has been on our Hospice team since October 2007. Gordon has been in the healthcare field for almost 20 years.

Julie Evans Director of Nursing, RN |
"As Director of Nursing my goal is to strive to improve quality of patient care and improve employee satisfaction." |
Julie is our Director of Nursing. She coordinates nursing care and quality practices. She has been on our Hospice team since March 2006. She brings over 30 years of nursing experience to our team. She was a LPN for 9 years before getting her RN degree in 1986.

Vina Golightly Office Manager |
"I really enjoy working in a home-like atmosphere, being able to work one-on-one with the patients and their families. It has created more opportunities for me to advance into other positions within the organization." |
Vina is our Office Manager. She handles the billing information and medical records. She is also one of our Hospice Aides, and distributes our Community DME. She has been on our Hospice team since August 1999. She's been in the healthcare field for 20 years.

Ginny Ingham CHPNA, CNA |
"I was very nervous about making the change to in-home care giving, but I'm so thankful I did. Working for TLH has been an amazing experience." |
Ginny is one of our Hospice Aides. She assists our patients in their homes with personal cares. She has been on our Hospice team since June 2004. She has been in healthcare for over 10 years.

Kenley Jones Executive Director |
"I've known about TLH from the beginning through my wife, Linda Jones, a founding board member. I learned through her about the hospice philosophy and the importance of the care it brings." |
Kenley is our Executive Director. Kenley comes to us from Cass Career Center in Harrisonville MO. He has been a Teacher/Advisor since 1983. In his position, he was responsible for several objectives of marketing concepts and practices. He led students in civic projects, fundraiser activities, conferences, and community involvement. He also prepared them for competitions, which several received top state honors and were selected to compete nationally.

Teresa Lillibridge BSW,MS |
Teresa is our Bereavement Coordinator. Teresa has a bachelors degree in social work and a masters degree in social gerontology. Teresa has been with Twin Lakes Hospice since August 2006.

Robert Peek Maintenance |
Robert has been with Twin Lakes Hospice since November 2007. He works through Experience Works which is a charitable organization that helps older adults with job training and placement. He has been a very helpful addition to our staff.

Thomas Spooner, D.O. | "TLH is there for the patient and their families. They offer so much more than just pain control." |
Dr. Spooner is our Medical Director. He has been with Twin Lakes Hospice for over 20 years. In 1973, he received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Degree from Kansas City College of Osteopathic Medicine. He is certified by the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians.

Jennifer is one of our RN/Case Manager. She has been on our Hospice team since December 2007. She brings over 20 years of nursing experience to our team.
