Meet our Staff

Dr. Brendan Bagley M.D.

 

 "It has been pleasure working with Dr. Spooner and Twin Lakes Hospice for the last two years.  As we look to the future, I hope we can continue to offer such a strong and caring organization to our community.  Having lived in Clinton for the past three years it still warms my heart to see the
community support for everyone around us.  Twin Lakes Hospice brings that same support into your life when you need it most and that is why I'm proud to be a part of this team."

Dr. Bagley is our Medical Director. He has been with TLH since March of 2009. Dr. Bagley is a great addition to our team and brings lots of experience and wisdom.

 

Linda (Lyn) Cowan

 

 " I have a wonderful opportunity to be part of an organization that makes a difference in so many lives. I am so blessed and want to be a blessing to others."

Lyn is our Secretary/Receptionist at our Clinton office.  She handles the  purchasing of our office supplies; general and medical, along with her many other office duties.  She also records all of our memorial donations we receive.  She has been on our Hospice team since June 2004.

Tony Curtis

Executive Director

 

  

 Tony is our Executive Director here at Twin Lakes Hospice. Tony is a MBA graduate of Webster University in St. Louis and has over 20 yrs of healthcare experience. He has worked in the hospital, skilled nursing and home care industry since 1990. His duties include leading the organization, personnel management, budgeting, marketing and planning.

 

Gordon Denison
CHPNA, CNA

 

 "I came to TLH for a change and the chance to broaden my healthcare background. I'm excited to work for such a caring and devoted organization."

Gordon is one of our Hospice Aides. He assists in the home with personal cares of the patients. He has been on our Hospice team since October 2007. Gordon has been in the healthcare field for almost 20 years.

Ronetta 'Roni'

Denison, RN

 

  

"The Most satisfying element working for Twin Lakes Hospice is the patients and their families. They are so grateful and appreciative to give end of life care with education in the comfort of their own home for them and there loved ones."

 

 

Roni is our Performance Improvement Coordinator, she has been on our Hospice team since February 2010. She brings 30 years of nursing experience to our team.

Cindy Dubovich

Chaplain

 		 "I feel it is important to respect and and be supportive of each others faith journey, and passionate about encouraging hope and experiencing quality of life"

Cindy is our Chaplain she has been with Twin Lakes Hospice since November 2010. She is a United Methodist pastor currently serving in Henry County. She has served as a Hospital Chaplain and assisted in a hospice facility for several years in Lexington KY prior to relocating to Missouri.

Kent Fandrich, RN

 

  

 

" The most enjoyable part of working for TLH is the ability to bond with the patients. I like the fact that the whole family is involved in care. Our team is extremely knowledgeable and caring."

 

 

Kent graduated from nursing school in 2006 and brings experience in home health, nursing homes and med/surg. Kent has been with TLH since December 2009.

 

Vina Golightly
Office Manager

 

 "I really enjoy working in a home-like atmosphere, being able to work one-on-one with the patients and their families.  It has created more opportunities for me to advance into other positions within the organization."

Vina is our Office Manager. She handles the billing information and medical records. She is also one of our Hospice Aides, and distributes our Community DME.  She has been on our Hospice team since August 1999. She's been in the healthcare field for 20 years.

Ginny Ingham
CHPNA, CNA

 

 "I was very nervous about making the change to in-home care giving, but I'm so thankful I did.  Working for TLH has been an amazing experience."

Ginny is one of our Hospice Aides. She assists our patients in their homes with personal cares. She has been on our Hospice team since June 2004. She has been in healthcare for over 10 years. 

Teresa Ketner,

CNA

Teresa is one of our Hospice Aides. She assists patients in their homes with personal care. She has been with TLH since March 2010. She has been in the healthcare field for 26 years.

Teresa is our Bereavement Coordinator. Teresa has a bachelors degree in social work and a masters degree in social gerontology. Teresa has been with Twin Lakes Hospice since August 2006.

Robert Peek
Maintenance

 

  

Robert has been with Twin Lakes Hospice since November 2007, working through the  Experience Works program.  We are happy so say he is now employed by Twin Lakes Hospice and is a very helpful addition to our staff.

Naomi

Shonkwiler, MSW

Volunteer Coordinator

 

  

Naomi has been with TLH since Aug. 2010. She started as a Student Social Worker and has since been hired as our Volunteer Coordinator. She is very excited to be able to work with the patients, family and volunteers. We are happy to have Naomi as part of our team.

 

Cathy Smith, RN

 

 "I joined the Twin Lakes Hospice team for a  rewarding and fulfilling career helping patient and families when they need us during a difficult time."

Cathy joined our team in September 2011 bringing over 20 years of nursing experience to our organization. She is a graduate from St. Lukes in KC Mo. Please help us in welcoming her to our team.

 

Jennifer Umland, RN

 

 "It's been a true blessing to become part of the TLH family."

Jennifer is our DON (Director of Nurses). With over 20 years of nursing experience she joined our Hospice team as a RN in December 2007. Jennifer is a Cancer survivor and brings a different view and compassion to our nursing services. she is also a Veteran of the US Army and a member of the local VFW, VFW Honor Guard and American Legion. Jennifer is also very active with church activities at Northeast Baptist in Clinton.

Dr. Audrey Williams D.O.

 

  

Please join us in welcoming Dr. Williams as our Assistant Medical Director as of May 2011, who is a great addition to our team.  

Tammy Young, RN  

Tammy joined our team in October 2011 bringing over 5 years nursing experience. Help us welcome her to Twin Lakes Hospice.
